Don’t miss the opportunity to join the 4th and last edition of the ERNST Training School! 

The Training School will take place in the Convention Center of Klinik Floridsdorf (Vienna – Austria) between 22nd to 24th May, 2024. 

This is an intensive training on the second victim phenomenon and second victim support programmes, and is specifically intended for healthcare workers, researchers and post graduated students of Health Sciences.

Immerse in the local culture as you connect with individuals who share the same interest for second victim phenomenon Participants will have the opportunity to engage in working group discussions ,roundtables and lectures within a supportive and stimulating setting. All the participants will have direct access to a group of validated training resources on the topic.

We valued previous or current experience on patient safety and in particular on second victim phenomenon programmes or other similar initiatives.
